Recruitment Specialist with Dutch, Manuvia Expert Recruitment, Prague

What will be your key responsibilities:
- you will be responsible for end to end recruitment process within Dutch region
- you will create advertisement on several websites and you will be in daily touch with candidates
- you will have various portfolio of roles from all fields of business (HR, finance, admin, logistics, etc...)
- you will be in touch with hiring managers for all roles to give them feedback about job market and to help them find the right fit into the team
- you will lead interviews with potential newcomers and you will introduce them the company and specific job offers
- you will also create offer letters and you will discuss with candidates potential start date and salary
What experience should you have:
- current experience in recruitment at least 6 months
- very good level of client care and communication
- fluent English and Dutch
- experience with any kind of HR SW will be a big advantage
- strong, independent and reliable person
- orientation on detail and on the result
