Recruitment Specialist with Danish, Manuvia Expert Recruitment, Prague
We are looking for experienced recruiters for Danish team into friendly and flexible environment. If you have some experience from HR or recruitment and if you want to learn new things, feel free to contact me.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- responsibility for the whole recruitment process
- active work on various job positions
- communication with hiring managers, providing feedback on candidates
- sourcing of suitable candidates, resume screening, interviews with candidates and their presentation to the hiring manager
- job offers preparation, communication with both the candidate and the hiring manager to schedule the starting date
What experience should you have:
- experience in recruitment will be a big advantage
- very good level of client care and communication
- fluent English and Danish
- experience with any kind of HR SW will be a big advantage
- strong, independent and reliable person
- orientation on detail and on the result
