PTP Junior Accountant, Economy & Finance - Trnava Region, Trnava

The new business center of the company MARELLI based in Trnava is looking for graduates from business academies and economic universities, who speak fluent English and want to kick their careers in accounting!

What will be your key responsibilities:

MARELLI is a global automotive company established in 2019 as a merger of Magnetti Marelli (Italy) and Calsonic Kansei (Japan).
MARELLI Global Business Services in Trnava is one of three business centers worldwide to support the EMEA region.
All over the world, MARELLI has more than 170 production plants and development centers and operates in 24 countries around the world.

As a junior accountant, you will be part of the PTP (Procure to Pay) department, which is responsible for processing incoming invoices.
What can you expect in this role?

Scanning, validation, and archiving of received financial documents
Daily processing of incoming invoices (supplier invoices, travel expenses and employee expenses)
Creating incoming invoices in SAP
Supplier data processing
Communicating with suppliers and providing support to suppliers in case of payment dues
Analysis of the causes of delayed invoices
Ad-hoc reporting in Excel

What experience should you have:

Fluent in the English language
Education preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or similar field
Knowledge of accounting theory
Analytical and comprehension skills
Previous experience in Administration or Invoicing is an advantage
Team-player
Result-oriented personality
Good organizational skills
