Job description, responsibilities and duties

• supports of marketing and company social media activities

• plan & schedule various business meetings & company events including arranging of catering and any necessary bookings

• agenda associated with reception

• answering calls and handling email queries

• monthly reporting on entrusted agenda

• supports and substitute of HR department

Personality requirements and skills

• excellent level of English language (verbal and written form) is a must

• advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, Power point, Word)

• proactive, accurate and reliable person, with ability to prioritize and adjust to different workload

• excellent organizational and communication skills• experience with organization of travels & events

• team player, loyal, proactive, attention to details

• experience in comparable position

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

University education (Bachelor's degree)

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
