Managing the daily cooperation with External Logistics Provider, to assure the smooth product flow from the factories to the factory warehouse/s and further to the European Distribution Centres
Process improvements for material flows (logistics engineering) - new material handling equipment considerations, logistics process time analysis, material flows proposals and improvements
Logistics strategy proposal and implementation including logistics network setup (stock capacity, handling capacity, supply capacity, flexibility, delivery service level), propose new solutions and implementation
Daily cooperation with our factories in Czech Republic, in relation to postproduction logistics processes
Managing the tenders for warehousing and distribution activities in CZ and other central European countries
Cooperation with European Supply and Logistics structures in Europe
What experience should you have:
4-7 years of experience in logistics (factory logistics could be also beneficial)
major in logistics (Politechnic/Engineering or Economy)
English knowledge to enable easy communication is a “must”
proven experience in Logistics provider company (supervising role - process responsibility) preferred
analytical skills
very good MS Office skills (incl. Excel)
SAP experience preferred - but not a must
opened for often business travel in Czech Republic and in Europe
