What will be your key responsibilities:
Join our TOP CLIENT and embark on an extraordinary journey as a Key Account Manager (KAM). As we set out to build and expand our team, we're seeking individuals who are not only motivated by fantastic compensation but are also driven to deliver exceptional results and surpass targets.
If you are already in a KAM ROLE, you should be familiar with your daily duties:
- Develop and manage business relationships with key account clients.
- Identify new business opportunities with established clients (large companies - traditional market).
- Execute and evaluate sales plans for key accounts.
- Conduct regular visits to clients alongside sales representatives.
- Present new products and seasonal promotions.
- Analyze sales performance, optimize sales volume, and plan and monitor budget utilization.
- Increase market share and company turnover.
- Manage and monitor pricing policies (retail prices) and distribution, and negotiate annual contracts.
- Handle complaints in collaboration with the finance and customer service departments.
- Monitor competition and consumer behavior.
- Lead business meetings, and participate in quarterly and annual key account management meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and company management on strategies and evaluate marketing activities.
What experience should you have:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing key accounts (ideally traditional markets) in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry - is a must.
- English language: the ability to communicate /even with mistakes, write business emails, and read corporate communication- B2 level is minimum. Do not hesitate to apply, if you are not sure about your language skills, but you do meet the experience criteria.
- Solid analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, functions).
- Strong negotiation skills and diplomacy.
- Independent and team-oriented work approach.
- Flexibility, customer-oriented mindset, and planning skills.
You will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager in Slovakia and the Sales Director of Slovakia/Czech Republic.
