What will be your key responsibilities:

We grow rapidly, expanding to more European cities and our already existing fulfilment centres are scaling up at immense speed. This requires fast and agile development of Rohlik Group warehouse processes to keep the pace with growth while focusing on operational excellence.

The Junior Process Manager (PM) will analyze and improve processes, define and keep track of KPIs. The PM will deliver solutions and innovations for both software and process improvement, with a high degree of autonomy. At the same time, the PM is involved in building Rohlik Group’s operations strategy and generates improvement ideas. The role will work closely with the Operations Product Owners and the Group Operational Excellence Tribe. 


Role Overview


  •  Bring ideas, build concepts and solutions for fulfillment center process improvements, whilst keeping the big picture
  •  Analyse data to identify constraints, gaps and opportunities 
  •  Define business benefits, prepare budgets and timelines
  •  Visualize processes with process maps (VSM), measure lead times, identify non value added time
  •  Prepare project plans and perform risk analysis
  •  Coordinate developments and implementations, perform post-implementation audit 
  •  Facilitate cooperation and communication with related departments and squads 
  •  Create and maintain management of change documentation and user manuals

What experience should you have:

  • Previous experience in operations mandatory (logistics/production/manufacturing)
  • Ability to quickly iterate, evaluate and make data driven decisions
  •  Structured thinking
  •  Clear communication and intercultural leadership
  •  Practical experience with: 
  •  Process design and optimization in warehouse or production environment  
  •  and/or Lean management, Six Sigma, Value stream mapping 
  •  and/or warehouse layout design, planograms, space management
  •  Experience or high affinity for IT and software development
  •  Experience with agile environment - nice to have
  •  Overview of best practice and trends in e-commerce and retail - nice to have
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel
