We are a new Product Team of skilled professionals, called Workplace Identity and Access. Our main responsibilities are Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Active Directory Infrastructure for Heidelberg Materials - a world leader in construction materials.
Currently, we are looking for a new star, whose passion is to learn new things, achieve ambitious goals, and continually develop the product.

What will be your key responsibilities:
What will you do:
Primarily you will be acting as a 3rd level Specialist in IAM area. Here are some of the main responsibilities:
- Administrating and supporting Identity and Access solution
- Solving customer’s support requests and incidents
- Supporting design implementation and solving deployment issues
- Maintain related documentation as needed
- Participate in two shifts rotation (6:30 – 18:30), on-call duty (1 week per month)

What experience should you have:
You are a great fit for the position if you have:
- General understanding of identity management (e.g. Active Directory, Azure AD, MS Exchange, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of processes in an enterprise-sized business
- Good cooperation and communication within the product
- A good sense of humor and the motivation to constantly improve
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
What is beneficial:
- Experience with One Identity Manager
- Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), Group Policy (GPO), PKI, Azure MFA, and Azure AD
- SQL knowledge
- Coding and automation skills (PowerShell, MS Graph, .NET)
- Acceptance of challenges and be goal oriented
