What will be your key responsibilities:

drive continuous improvement of the teams to ensure quality performance as well as operational efficiency
responsibility of fulfilling of teams/plant objectives and KPI’s and its monitoring
responsibility of Teams productivity and headcount planning
responsibility of budgeting investments and related costs
internal / external audit participation
close communication with customer/development teams and cooperation with project teams during project launch phase
close cooperation and reporting to plant manager

What experience should you have:

technical education (university)
fluent English and German is a must
experience in leading of production is a must
MS Office
technical and analytical thinking, active approach to solve problems
ability to make decisions
convincing communication and behavior
