We are looking for Marketing Manager with the strong electrotechnical background.
What will be your key responsibilities:
The Global Strategic Technical Applications Marketing Manager will build and lead a team of Technical Applications Marketing Specialists who will define and create strong customer- and sales-facing technical material and content targeting Automotive, Industrial, 5G, Cloud, and Medical markets. The technical content developed by this team will play a crucial role in customers choosing to buy the company´s technology and enable Sales teams to go-to-market and sell our products and solutions. The Global Strategic Technical Applications Marketing Manager will provide strategic direction, help define the right mix of technical content for our technology, and lead the team to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the company´s business groups, Sales teams, the extended Corporate Marketing team, and executive leadership.
What would be your main tasks?
• Lead a team of Technical Applications Marketing professionals
• Work with companywide experts to define the company´s total solution value proposition for applications within the strategic market segments across Automotive, Industrial, 5G, and Cloud Power
• Creation of key messaging and ownership of technical web content
• Direct Sales and Distributor/Channel Enablement via training content, playbooks, fighting guides, and competitive analysis
• Generate targeted digital content – Webinars, whitepapers, app notes, block diagrams, solution web pages, video content, etc.
• Work with the product teams to define products and go-to-market value propositions
• Bring system-level expertise and market trends, identify product gaps, competitive positions, and market needs
• Actively participate in global team meetings, business planning sessions, quarterly review meetings
What experience should you have:
What makes you a suitable candidate?
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline preferred
• 10+ years of experience in similar roles or technical product marketing with a deep understanding of hardware product development
• Familiarity with semiconductor components and electronics applications required
• Proven success with strategizing and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns
• Expert in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels both internally and externally
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to focus under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communicator including written and verbal communication in English
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and demonstrated success working with numerous stakeholders
