Our partner is one of the world's biggest financial provider which has an IT and Finance Solution Center located in Budapest. Their finance department is continuously growing and currently they are looking for Business Analyst professionals with financial reporting experience who could ensure consistent quality of local regulatory reporting.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of existing regulatory reporting processes and solutions
- Collect and analyze requirements from reporting teams
- Documentation of new processes & user guides for new systems
- Identification of data gaps and data accuracy issues
- Ensure data quality and completeness of data used for reporting (e.g. month-end closing, Balance Sheet)
- Conduct system testing with the reporting teams
- Work closely with multiple departments and teams within the Finance Solution Center
What experience should you have:
- University/college degree (preferably in finance/accounting)
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting/risk reporting/regulatory reporting PLUS strong background in analyzation through Business Analyst roles
- Deep understanding of Regulatory Reporting requirements
- Capital market experience
- Fluent English knowledge, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with COREP and Basel3 regulations is a huge plus
- Confident use of Excel (advanced data tools e.g. Python, KNIME are huge plus)
