English Speaking Credit Analyst, Economy & Finance - Fejér County, Székesfehérvár

We are looking for a Credit Analyst for our partner company, an American market leader manufacturing firm running its EMEA business operations from Hungary. The new colleague will be responsible for the financial administration and client relationship management supporting the USA region. Fluent English and French, Spanish or German are required, goal and process oriented personality are absolutely necessary in this role.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of customers to maximize cash collection
Responsible for financial administration and account reconciliation
Collecting overdue invoices
Making pre collection calls as well as follow outstanding balance
Answering customer queries, following incoming payments
Liaise with the contacts to resolve commercial discrepancy and credit problems
Preparing financial reports
Discussing and escalating problems to the Credit Manager
Help to promote a culture of continuous improvement

What experience should you have:

Languages: fluency in English
Adaptation to working in afternoon shift is required due to different time zones (13:30-22:00)
Background in financial principles normally acquired through formal secondary level of education or work experience in similar positions
Advantage: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields
Understanding financial impact of payment delays
Good computer and administrative skills
Ability to work independently
Analytical thinking and good problem-solving skills are required
