Engineering Manager, Goodcall, Ústí region

You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You will follow business and innovation processes in project management and ensure that standards  are adhered to.

How you will contribute

Manage the team of engineers in the plants - continue developing their skills and competencies in terms of technical capabilities as well as adherence to key policies and processes

Co-operate with the central engineering teams

Identify requirements for investment projects across both plants

Ensure planning and execution of all capital projects in the factory in line with Project Management methodology

Prepare budgets, phase capital spend, ensure the actual spending is in line with the budget. Provide regular monthly updates on actual spend, deviations and phasing changes

Actively contribute to identifying productivity opportunities through capital investment

Provide expertise in terms of technical solutions required for implementation of the projects

Be the first point of contact for external contractors and suppliers

Ensure exemplary supervision of all project work on site prioritising safety of people and food safety

Identification/selection of robust and cost effective solutions for investment projects to maximise the benefit from

Engineering diploma (mechanical/electrical/chemical)

Minimum 3 years experience in leading a team of engineers

Proven track record in independent project management of large (>$5m) investments

5 weeks holidays
