Customer Support Specialist - INTERNSHIP FOR STUDENTS, TietoEVRY, Czech Republic
We are looking for a junior/trainee to join Internal Tietoevry ICT Operations team to extend our support capabilities.
What will be your key responsibilities:
We are looking for a new colleague to Customer Support Specialist role in our internal ICT operations team, who will:
- monitor incoming customer requirements
- perform customer requirements quality check and follow up
- support end users by
- direct communication with end users to understand their issues and requirements
- fixing issues and fulfilling end user’s requirements (based on provided instructions in timely manner)
- administer IT systems
- keeping evidence of customer cases and applied solutions in ticketing systems
- help to improve existing instructions and documentation
- working further with customer issues database by analyzing them and creating overview reports
- help with applications development by testing application features according to existing testing scenarios
What experience should you have:
- passionate for learning and personal development
- communicative team player, but also able to work independently
- responsible and reliable
- not afraid of IT (user IT knowledge is enough – you will learn )
- fluent written and spoken English
