Customer Care Specialist with German, Manuvia Expert Recruitment, Prague
We are looking for dedicated and responsible Customer Care Specialists with German and English language for a significant, stable, international company in Prague to provide high-end customer care in a field of medical devices. You will have a chance to be part of a modern SSC and to participate in setting up processes and procedures.
What will be your key responsibilities:
- providing support to customers via phone and email
- handling product and service complaints and queries
- responsibility for correct order handling and customer data maintenance
- proving basic product support
- implementation of processes and procedures related to Customer Care
- promoting current campaigns and offers
- cooperation with sister companies
What experience should you have:
- relevant experience in customer service field or similar
- fluent German and English
- knowledge of CRM is an advantage
- excellent communication skills and pro-client orientation
- computer skills
- sense of detail, positive attitude, stress resistance
