Client Care Specialist with Norwegian, Manuvia Expert Recruitment, Prague

What will be your key responsibilities:
- you will be part of a client care team within international insurance company
- you job will be to help clients to solve any kind of situation related to their contract
- you will also investigate circumstances around insurance transaction and you will make decisions
- a big part of your job will be analyses and reports but you will also be in regular telephone touch with your clients
- you will be also in touch with brokers, claimants and third parties, during investigation
What experience should you have:
- high school education
- fluent English and Norwegian
- passion to work and communicate with people
- innovative mindset, ability to do things more efficiently
