What will be your key responsibilities:
- communication with clients and colleagues within Dutch region
- you can be part of procurement, finance or client care team
- solving issues, negotiating terms, closing of faults and complaints within SLAs
- telephone and e-mail communication, support, advisory and order management
- invoicing and billing tasks
- work within internal system and with MS Office
- regular reporting activities and meetings with managers
What experience should you have:
- ability to work in multicultural environment
- fluent English and Dutch
- orientation of detail, reliability
- ability to learn new systems and SW
- passion for people and communication
