What will be your key responsibilities:
- Your task will be to supervise the payment behavior of customers and ensure that payments take place on time and according to the agreed terms.
- You will communicate with customers and proactively resolve any payment discrepancies.
- You will be in close contact with colleagues from other departments who take care of any risks arising from outstanding payments.
- You will enter all information into the internal system.
What experience should you have:
- fluent Dutch and English (at least B2 level)
- advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- previous experience in finance is a big plus
- very good communication skills
- flexibility
