Information on the processing of personal data

hereby give my consent to the processing of my personal data pursuant to the applicable legislation, in particular pursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) no. 2016/679 dated 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter as “the Regulation”), to Future Recruitment s.r.o., with its registered office at Na Florenci 1055/35, Prague 1, 110 00, company identification number: 27580598, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 114946, e-mail gdpr@futurerecruitment.cz (hereinafter as “the Administrator”),

under the following conditions:

1. Scope of the processed personal data:

  • Name and surname
  • Address
  • E-mail
  • Private phone number
  • Education
  • Photo report - included in CV as well as separate
  • CV
  • Age
  • Date of birth
  • IP address
  • Commencement of employment
  • State of health - according to the job

2. Purpose of processing:

  • Arranging employment as a part of a particular selection procedure, if the personal data were provided in relation to the Applicant’s reaction to this selection procedure,
  • Storage in the Administrator’s database, sending job offers to clients and Administrator’s intermediation activities,
  • sending information and commercial messages related to new services, commercial offers or information intended for direct or indirect support of products and services of the Administrator or other persons who are Administrator’s business partners, as listed in: futurerecruitment.cz, in an electronic form (e-mail, SMS).

3. Processing period

Data in the scope stated above will be processed by the Administrator for 5 years from the date of providing the consent.

4. Transfer of personal data, processors

Further, the Applicant agrees that the Administrator:

  • can transfer Applicant’s personal data in accordance with section 1 to his processors, clients (potential employers, employer for the purpose of assessing the Applicant and possible establishment of employment relations), assessment centres operators for the purpose of testing the Applicant, audit and other advisory companies, providers of processing software, services and applications (not) currently used by the Administrator, provided that obligations arising from a relevant legal regulations on personal data protection, as amended, are fulfilled.

Whereas the Administrator will transfer personal data to processors in the European Union, but he does not intend to transfer personal data to third countries which do not guarantee as adequate level of personal data protection as the conditions valid in the European Union.

5. Legal cause of processing

In compliance with legal regulations governing personal data protection, the legal cause of personal data processing for the above stated purposes is an Applicant’s express consent provided as such. Providing Applicant’s personal data for these purposes as stated above is necessary. The Applicant gives his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data freely and voluntarily; not providing the consent will have no other effect than the impossibility to carry out the purposes stated above

6. Information on data subject’s rights

The Applicant confirms that he/she was duly informed about the extent of the processed personal data and the purpose of their processing, and about the Applicant’s right:

  • to ask the Administrator for the access to the personal data and for their possible correction or deletion;
  • to ask for information related to the processing of personal data in legal extent at any time;
  • to require limitation of personal data processing;
  • to transfer personal data related to the Applicant to another administrator;
  • not to be subject to any decision based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effect on the Applicant or which would significantly affect the Applicant in a similar way; and
  • to refer to a Data Protection Authority with any application or claim.

7. Advice on the right to withdraw consent at any time

The Applicant is aware that he/she can withdraw his/her consent at any time by sending a written request to the Administrator’s address stated above or by using the contact form on the Administrator’s website futurerecruitment.cz, whereas this withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of personal data processing based on this consent during the time before the withdrawal.
